Maintenance & Support

To keep you operational through the life of your contract Hughes provides a bespoke maintenance and support service based around your organisation's specific requirements. Hughes will provide a maintenance and repair service for all components provided by Hughes that are deemed to have failed or become non-operational during the contracted hours. With Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined across your entire network provided by Hughes you can be assured that your network remains operational.

Hughes Europe understands that locations do close, sites change and new sites get deployed so as part of our maintenance and support service we can also provide a moves, adds and change service. This can be built into any contract either as a fixed cost or as the need arises.
